From Salento in the South of Puglia, Mark purchases the entire vineyard belonging to a single owner and makes about 9000 bottles. Made in stainless steel to preserve the classic dark berry fruits of the variety, there are notes of tobacco, liqourice and Mediterranean herbs, the plate rich and juicy.
