East/West facing vineyard means partial sunlight which results in cooler temperatures, which is perfect growing conditions for Sauvignon Blanc. Picked in the early hours of the morning and delivered quickly to the winery. Bag pressed, keeping only the most premium free run juice. Cold fermented to promote natural Sauvignon Blanc characteristics.
