Antic Torino Vermouth Dry
Crafted in Piedmont by Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli, Antica Torino Dry Vermouth revives a 1950s recipe from Turin's golden era of aromatized wines, using individual maceration and partial redistillation of botanicals for exceptional elegance and longevity. Based on Cortese and other Italian white wines, infused with alpine herbs like wormwood, sage, thistle, yarrow, and hyssop, plus spices and citrus, this low-sugar (around 30g/L) Vermouth di Torino is strikingly dry yet soft. Ideal on ice with a lemon twist, or elevating classic cocktails like the Martini, Old Pal, or Perfect Rob Roy.
