L.A.S. Vino Chardonnay 'Barrels of Metricup'
Summary L.A.S Vino 'Barrels of Metricup' Chardonnay from Margaret River uses barrel fermentation for richness and freshness, with opulent fruit balanced by acidity. Complex and layered, pair with seafood, poultry, or creamy dishes.
This is such a powerful wine. Talk about putting on a show. Ripe peach, grapefruit, nougat and gorgeous, crushed fennel characters come infused with green pineapple, almond cream and salted citrus. It has more than a little flair, and texture, but it's neat and precise to close. I like this rather a lot. It brings the muscle, it brings the control, it brings flavour.' 94 Points, The Wine Front (Campbell Mattinson)
