Pieropan Soave Classico
Pieropan Soave Classico is the benchmark white from the historic Pieropan estate in Veneto, Italy. Made primarily from Garganega (with a small proportion of Trebbiano di Soave) from hillside vineyards in the Soave Classico zone on volcanic and clay-limestone soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel (with some large oak for select lots) to preserve purity, freshness, and minerality.
