White Noise is a field blend of Riesling and Gewürztraminer (roughly equal proportions in many vintages) sourced from a high-elevation vineyard on Mt Bellevue in the King Valley, North East Victoria. This aromatic, explosive white is built for smashability - fresh, zesty, and versatile young, with potential for some complexity with short aging. It's perfect as an aperitif, with cheese, spicy food, desserts, or simply chilled on a lively evening.
