Heartland Directors Cut Shiraz from Langhorne Creek is a powerful yet balanced red with dark fruit and spice from premium fruit. Rich and layered, pair with grilled meats, stews, or strong cheese.
The wine shows a deep purple almost indigo hue. Lifted fresh fruit flavours abound and are guided by the spirit of white pepper, fennel and nettle, with a faint white truffle note. The palate is both soft and forward and dominated by blackberry and ripe persimmon. The spice notes on the finish will develop in the glass.
