A light-bodied wine with vibrant salmon-pink hues and aromas of fresh strawberries and citrus blossom. The palate is lively and juicy, exuding wild strawberries & cream with a touch of spice. Perfectly balanced acidity and minimal tannins provide an elegant finish. Beautiful as an aperitif amongst friends, the wine will also compliment a range of dishes from cured meats, seafood, poultry and mushrooms. The fine acid also makes it a good match for richer dishes providing a cleansing line on the palate.
