Fragrante Amaro Insolito
Fragrante was born in 1927 in Sorrento, when Nonno Luigi began making his own digestivo from local ingredients, including lemon and rosemary. Great grandson Daniel, inspired by Luigi’s recipe, created Amaro Insolito, meaning ‘unusual Amaro’.When we talk of insolito, we mean its low on sugar, light on alcohol and big on flavour which means it can switch from a refreshing aperitivo to a soothing amaro. Best of all, there are no preservatives, colorants or acidity correctors. A classic in the making and a must have behind the bar.
Fragrante Amaro Insolito from Sorrento uses rosemary, lemon peel, green cardamom, gentian, and coastal herbs for a low-sugar, light-ABV (21%) herbal amaro. Fresh and moreish, it's versatile as aperitivo, digestif, or in cocktails.
