Mania Wines is a boutique Tasmanian producer based in the Tamar Valley, crafting limited-production, cool-climate wines with a focus on elegance and site expression. The Pinot Noir is sourced from select Tamar Valley fruit (often multi-regional including Huon and East Coast influences in some vintages), hand-picked, wild yeast fermented, and matured in French oak puncheons for about 10 months. It showcases characteristic Tasmanian brightness, liveliness, and fine acidity - medium-bodied yet mouth-filling, with great intensity of flavour. Versatile and food-friendly, pair with roast pork, poultry, salmon, mushrooms, or charcuterie.
