Kate Hill Shiraz 2022
Kate Hill Shiraz 2022 is sourced from carefully selected sites across Tasmania’s cooler southern regions, including influences from the Huon Valley and Derwent Valley. In true cool-climate style, the wine emphasises elegance, spice and vibrant fruit rather than heavy extraction. Gentle fermentation and French oak maturation deliver peppery aromatics, bright red and black fruit, and fine tannins. It is versatile and food-friendly - excellent with lamb, duck, grilled meats, mushroom dishes or hard cheeses - while showing excellent balance and potential for short-term cellaring.
